The challenge
A booking product has two sides that must stay in step — guests searching for what is actually free, and staff changing listings, rooms and reservations behind them.
02 ◆ What we did
What we did
A MERN application with a REST API on Node and Express, JWT authentication for accounts, and a MongoDB layer with validation. Guests search against real-time availability; the admin panel manages listings, rooms and reservations against the same data, so the two sides can never drift apart.
